Dr. Mario is in network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and will accept all insurance, however, he may be out-of-network so please contact your insurance company to verify eligibility and benefits.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, if he is in-network then a Preferred Provider Discount (PPO) applies and your coinsurance rates will adjust with the PPO rate. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met for the year?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session? Is it a copay or coinsurance?
- Is pre-certification required or is approval required from my primary care physician?
- If my psychologist is out-of-network are there any out-of-network benefits, if not would they consider a single case agreement?
Payment:
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment, payment plans are also available if needed.
Reduced Fee:
Reduced fee services are available if there is financial hardship or if insurance doesn't cover treatment. Please contact Dr. Mario before starting treatment sessions to negotiate a fee or discount.
Phone Calls or emails:
Dr. Mario is available for brief conversations or email contacts outside of sessions, however, anything longer than 5 minutes will be billed to the client on a prorated basis.
